myNFP was specifically designed for users of the symptothermal method. To make effective use of myNFP, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the symptothermal method.
After a 30-day trial period, myNFP requires a paid account.
Purpose of myNFP:
The myNFP software assists users of the symptothermal method in logging and evaluating their cycles.
myNFP can create a cycle curve based on the user-entered data and evaluate it according to the symptothermal method (also known as NFP) based on the Sensiplan rules. myNFP transparently shows which method rules are used to determine fertility status so that users can always understand the evaluation and potentially modify it manually.
For proper application, essential factors include: knowledge of the method, regular and careful temperature measurement (using a CE-marked thermometer with at least 0.05°C resolution), regular and meticulous recording of all relevant body symptoms, and absence of unusual circumstances that could disrupt cycle evaluation.
Evaluated cycles must always be checked by the user for plausibility!
myNFP aims to determine fertility status but is neither a contraceptive nor does it control physiological processes. The information provided by myNFP is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
